The graduate programme at ABN AMRO provides great career development opportunities and the reputation of the bank in the industry provides a big platform for me to perform.

As a new graduate, I was eager to take part in practical work to gain experience in a real business situation. However, when I first came to the job, there's a lot of theoretical stuff. I soon figured out that this was very important and, before being a good doer, I should try my best to be an excellent observer to understand the overall picture of the bank.

The program provides a perfect opportunity for me to gain experience of different departments in the bank. So in the process of each rotation, I'll be able to gain valuable experience of how each department operates efficiently, and get to know more people in the bank to seek valuable advice on my career development. Learning before the real work is of great importance for a new joiner like me, which would make my future here in the bank more comfortable.
