The structure of ABN AMRO's graduate development programme is brilliant. It gives you extensive exposure to different areas and helps you to understand the industry better. In one year, I have rotated through Merchant Banking Group, Fixed Income Capital Market, M&A/ECM in Hong Kong and I'm now with Global Industries in London. Every three months, I rotate to a new department, facing different tasks and meeting new challenges.

Currently, I am working in the Industrial Products Team as a graduate analyst in London, dealing with a variety of responsibilities such as conducting analysis, valuation and research on companies to discover potential business opportunities. I'm supported by a mentor, buddies and a strong network of graduate peers to share knowledge with and learn from.

Once I move into a permanent position, I'll continue to learn and hopefully bring in large deals which will help the bank to develop. I'm already starting to build networks across different departments and locations, enhancing my interaction and team working skills. I love it here because I receive international exposure and can experience diverse cultures. It really is a great environment to develop my skills across a variety of industries and regions.
