I'm a Portfolio Manager in the Global Fixed Income Team based in London. I look after mutual funds as well as segregated mandates investing in government bonds, credits and Foreign Exchange. I also trade fixed income instruments.

What initially attracted me to ABN AMRO was the bank's reputation as a major global player and the excellent graduate training scheme. My rotations on the programme included being an Equity Analyst at the bank and then various placements within Asset Management. This gave me a good insight into the workings of a global bank across a broad range of business areas and provided a good grounding for my current role.

London is such a financial hub and the team is very culturally diverse which makes it an interesting place to work. It's a very team orientated culture and I think the thing that differentiates ABN AMRO from other top 10 banks is the fact that it's very people focused.
