We have a wide range of full-time graduate opportunities in our New York office. In our client-facing business areas, you can join the Banking Programme or the Sales and Trading Programme.

On the Banking Programme you will develop your skills for an analytical and advisory career in our Global Clients, Structured Finance and Fixed Income Capital Markets businesses. Lasting 12 to 18 months, the programme offers a series of structured rotational placements. Working on deals rotating across various client segments, sector coverage teams and product areas, you'll gain vital cross-product origination experience in areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Fixed Income Capital Markets, Loan Syndication, and our industry teams. At the same time, you'll add to your knowledge in a whole range of sectors.

Our Sales and Trading Programme will develop you for a career in our Global Markets business areas. Lasting 12 to 18 months, this programme will develop your career in Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives through a series of structured placements across a variety of trading, sales, research and marketing desks.
