Corporate Services creates high quality relationships with internal partners in order to provide best-in-class solutions for procurement capabilities, property and facilities management and group policies and support. Procurement applies a structured and rigorous review to all money spent with third parties, in order to ensure the bank is receiving value for money. Global Property improves the property performance in each business unit through approaches including workspace efficiency initiatives, disposing of surplus space and improving facilities management. In Group Policies & Support we have a coordinating and policy making role, adding value by facilitating the implementation of the Managing Board's strategic guidance. Group Policies & Support also coordinates Business Continuity Management.
