In Emerging Markets we provide a dedicated service for clients, using the bank's in-depth knowledge of products and localities to ensure financing, risk management and all other needs are met. We operate in Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

As well as funding solutions, we bring the expertise of the bank to the client to ensure that issuers' risk exposures are carefully managed, using the full spectrum of derivative products, from interest rates to commodities, inflation, weather and insurance.

We offer a seamless global platform and a focus on high value origination through a single delivery team. Using the strength of our banking network and loan syndications business we originate fixed income, asset securitisation and derivatives.

ABN AMRO also offers a full range of country risk mitigation services, including arranging and advising on bi-lateral and complex multi-source export/import transactions. We're uniquely placed to combine public and private debt instruments for exporting capital goods from OECD countries to the emerging markets. The financing packages often involve co-financing arrangements with multi-lateral agencies such as the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, ADB, OPIC and MIGA.

The team also specialises in providing funding for highly leveraged corporate finance transactions, institutional buy-outs/ins, management buy-outs/ins, and corporate-to-corporate acquisitions.
