Debt Capital Markets/Asset Backed Securitisation

We cover sovereigns, supranational, agency, corporate and financial institutions borrowers, providing funding solutions across a range of currencies including Euro, US dollar, Sterling, Swiss Francs and Australian dollar. Our dedicated derivative marketing team work alongside the DCM originators to advise and execute associated new issue derivative business.

The Deal Execution Team provides debt financing solutions to public sector clients, including sovereign, supranational and agency borrowers.

In Corporate DCM we provide debt financing solutions to corporate clients. We originate and structure a wide range of transactions across the capital spectrum from plain vanilla to complex hybrid capital transactions across the major issuing currencies.

Financial Institutions DCM provides debt financing solutions to clients across the FIPS spectrum. The team's specialist areas include plain vanilla financing, covered bonds, bank capital and structured financing throughout the regulatory capital spectrum.
