Metals and Mining

Our Metals and Mining group focuses on a broad range of clients ranging from major multinationals and key regional companies, to emerging companies. Given the nature of our business, our key markets are Eastern Europe, Russia and China.

Oil and Gas

Our Oil and Gas team is one of the leaders in the industry, offering high quality, innovative and professional products and service delivery around the world. We work with national or state-owned companies, major international corporations, independent companies and oil and gas service organisations.

Power and Utilities

In the Power and Utilities team, we target large global generation, supply and grid companies. With continued involvement in large corporate and structured finance transactions, we've earned a reputation as a leading energy house. In particular, we're highly regarded in structured finance, loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets and corporate finance.

Healthcare

In Healthcare our global team comprises of senior bankers from pharmaceuticals and biotech backgrounds. This industry expertise enables us to create integrated financial solutions for our clients and focus on strategic sub-sectors such as medical technology and devices and healthcare services.

Chemicals

In the Chemicals sector we've established strategic positions with key clients worldwide and have built substantial experience in many chemical and economic cycles. The team covers the entire sector, from oleo and inorganic chemicals to agricultural and specialty chemicals, delivering bespoke solutions that nurture development, cyclical stability and growth for our clients.
